These terms apply to anyone engaging AI Design Specialist (operated by Joe Fansler, Carcassonne, France) for AI marketing, web or app development, AI agents and automation, or AI immersion training — and to anyone browsing aidesignspecialist.com.
Paid work is scoped project by project. Nothing is billed automatically from this site — pricing, deliverables, and timelines are agreed directly with you before any work starts, typically by email following an initial consultation.
We build with AI tools (including but not limited to Claude Code, Codex, GPT, Gemini, Copilot, Qwen, Replit, and Manus) as part of our process. Every deliverable gets a human review before it ships to you — we don't hand over raw, unchecked AI output. Even so, AI-assisted work can contain errors; you're encouraged to review deliverables before relying on them for business-critical decisions.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you own the final deliverables (code, content, designs) we hand over once an engagement is paid in full. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We design and build real systems, but we can't guarantee specific business results (revenue, traffic, conversions) — those depend on many factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by French and EU law, AI Design Specialist isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of deliverables or this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The version on this page is the one in effect.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
