Fluency over credentials.

Tool fluency

You already work in the stack

Hands-on with at least a couple of tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Replit — not just chatbot familiarity.

Judgment

You catch what AI gets wrong

Every build gets a human review before it ships. That review has to be sharp, not rubber-stamped.
